All payments for event tickets and merchandise are securely processed through the YOCO payment gateway. Home of Golf Africa does not store or have access to any payment information on our servers, ensuring your financial data remains secure.

3. Competitions

Competitions are open to South African residents aged 18+. Competitions run from the advertised dates. To enter, a ticket purchase is required as stated in the event details. Like, share, comment, follow our page. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and are non-transferable. The Promoter’s decision is final. By entering, you consent to your name and image being used for marketing purposes.

3.1 Ticket Purchases and Refunds

  • Tickets purchased for events are subject to a no-refund policy starting one week prior to the event date.
  • Refunds requested more than one week before the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Merchandise Sales, Inspection, and Returns

  • All merchandise is inspected and catalogued prior to shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Refunds will only be issued for misprinted or defective branded items.
  • Refunds will not be provided for incorrect size orders. However, exchanges may be accepted subject to availability.
  • Customers requesting exchanges are responsible for all courier costs related to sending items back and receiving replacements.
